Faust New York chose the quote “Live Dangerously & You Live Right” from Goethe to inspire this year’s hand-designed bottle because it represents his state of mind as one of the most innovative and influential graffiti artists of our time. It also ties to the legendary story of Faust.

The 2016 Faust Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of our estate vineyards in Coombsville and Rutherford combined with mountain sourcing from vineyards in Atlas Peak, Mount Veeder and Howell Mountain. Fans of the 2015 Faust will love the 2016, with notes of dark chocolate, blue and black fruit, and dried herbs balanced by silky tannins and lifting acidity. Rated 90+ points or higher for the last five consecutive vintages.
Rated 97 Points by James Suckling, the 2015 Pact is a full-bodied, rich wine beginning with notes of dried savory herbs and freshly roasted coffee. Vibrant flavors of black cherry and red plum are balanced by spice notes of star anise, dark chocolate, cedar and slate. Plush tannins and a velvety soft texture lead to a complex and lingering finish.
